Tuna Chip Casserole

Sorry about the picture. That was all that was left in the baking dish when I remembered to take a picture!

This is one of those fast and simple recipes you’ll go to again and again…if you like tuna!

Quick and Easy Tuna Chip Casserole
3 cans of tuna
cream of mushroom soup
crunched up potato chips

Mix them all together. Yep, that’s it! See, I told ya it was quick and easy. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until nice and hot.

I usually glop it all together, put in the oven, and then stir it about half way through. In this way, the cream of mushroom soup is a lot easier to stir up. The potato chips I use are usually the ones towards the bottom of a bag that are all tiny and crunched up. I set the bags aside and when I have enough, I make this recipe. If the chips are a little stale, it doesn’t matter, since you won’t taste it in the casserole.
