This was really yummy for an experiment. The addition of pickle relish was my son’s idea from my use of it in tuna melts.
Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe
2 cans tuna
pasta of your choice
mayo – the amount depends upon how much you like
a big squirt of mustard
globs of pickle relish (I used dill pickle relish, not sweet relish)
olives
tomatoes
As is usually the case, my made up recipes don’t have exact amounts since I go by taste and sight. We loved it, and it makes for a quick and easy snack or small meal. It’s really nice on a hot summer day when you don’t want to cook anything, so make a big batch to enjoy for a couple days!
